Spare parts supplying

The storehouse is 300 sqm and is planned to satisfy all the requests of spare parts.

The agreements with shipping companies permit to deliver within 24 hours from  the order receipt.

 

Overhauls

The technical offers of a hydraulic machine overhaul could vary according to the requirements of the user that could be economic or operational.

Actually, we have two types of overhaul (A and B) that are different for the type of overhaul brought to the electric system  of machine control.

For both of them the maintenance of hydraulic units (replacement of gaskets and flexible pipes), of mechanical units (toggle, plates and tie bars), of plasticization unit (cylinder, push rod, seat and valve), of cooling unit (heat exchanger and flowmeter) and the painting of the machine are carried out with the same standard level because our goal is to assure the client the maximum functionality of the machine whatever could be the level of overhaul requested.

Electric (Rev.A)             Full electrical overhaul with original system

Electric (Rev.B)              Remaking of electrical system with full replacement of electrical components, plc and  touch-screen video application, transducer position application, heating control, quality control, etc
